Who We Are

We believe that everybody matters, everybody has value, and everybody has a role to play.

At Essendon Baptist Community Church, we're all about getting to know Jesus better, being transformed by his love and grace, and positively impacting our world.

As we connect together and focus on Jesus, we find answers to life's big questions, healing of our hurts, and strength to deal with the ups and downs of life.

Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here.

As Pastor for Community Connections, Marcus' role is to oversee programs, build relationships, and build teams that build on our connections with people and organisations outside of EBCC.

He leads the Peoples Pantry - a Food Recovery and Distribution program that runs each Wednesday out of the Newmarket Baptist Church buildings.

Marcus is married to Rachael and has 3 children.
